we've had a crushing grip on Empire's oxygen windpipe there were the remaining pockets of oxygen stockpilers and speculators have been leaking onto the market, betting against us. Those stockpiles appear to be reaching their end: sell orders have started thinning out, and buy orders have begun marching steadily upwards. There's only a few largeish orders that's the last real barrier between sustained 1k prices. Oxygen prices have already nearly destroyed gallente reactor profitability: 1k and above should be enough to shut them down and send Empire into a panic.
